Pumpkin Spice: Part 1.

Today’s post is all about it.

As I’m writing this, I have NOT had my annual PSL. I order the one from Starbucks. It is always the smallest size because every year I know the same thing. Pumpkin Spice is Nasty. I foresee my annual tasting being a streamed event.

I’m going to order it. Sip it. Get mad. Then finish it because it’s a short list of things I try not to waste:

Craft Supplies.

Liquor.

Money.

Yes. That list is in alphabetical order. Considering my tenuous pumpkin spice relationship, annually, I waste money to see if maybe the pumpkin spice portion of my taste buds will activate. Unsurprisingly, they do not.

In preparing for this post though, I did a little bit of lightweight googling and have a couple pumpkin spice links to share:

How to make Pumpkin Spice. The real gem though is this Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte.

The Un-Pumpkin Pie Spice from (my favorite) Alton Brown.

Bourbon Sweet Potato Pumpkin Pie from Chef Resha of Carnal Dish. This sounds absolutely delicious. Quite possibly the only time you’ll see me eating pumpkin spice.

Pumpkin Pie from Grandbaby Cakes.  A Classic use of your brand new Pumpkin Spice mix from delish.

I am not a fan BUT I try to make sure that I support the friends and family that I have who do love pumpkin spice (while giving them an unnecessarily hard time, of course). I’ve put together a collection of magnets, mugs and tees to add to your fall accessory, clothing and crafting roster.

Pumpkin Spice 2023 Collection Live Now!

Magnets are still in process. I also will be releasing etched mugs. I’m excited to just be making things honestly. I hope y’all enjoy the goods as much as I did creating them.

Remember to steal some joy, share some love, like what you like (even when it’s the unfortunate pumpkin spice) and relax.

You deserve it.

Dassit,

Lina.
